Terms of use
Latest update: april 2025
Hobbybooker Ltd
Last Updated: April 9, 2025
Welcome to Hobbybooker.com!
We help users research and book hobby experiences,
post reviews of those experiences, and participate in interactive hobby forums.
However, we are not a hobby business ourselves and do not directly offer any
experiences. When you make a booking, you are purchasing a hobby service
directly from a third-party hobbystore.
These Terms of Use apply to all use of
Hobbybooker.com’s services. Please read them carefully, as they contain
important information about your legal rights and limitations, as well as the
applicable law and jurisdiction governing disputes. By accessing or using
Hobbybooker.com’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of the
Terms, you may not access or use the services.
Definitions
Hobby business
A hobby business is a small or medium-sized enterprise
centered around leisure activities, personal interests, or recreational
pursuits. These businesses offer services or experiences that allow people to
engage in hobbies such as sports, arts and crafts, music, dance, outdoor
adventures, collecting, cooking, or other hands-on, passion-driven activities.
Hobby businesses may be operated by individuals, clubs, or organizations and
typically run through workshops, classes, events, or physical sessions.
Hobbystore
The complete online profile of a hobby business within
the Hobbybooker.com platform. This includes listings of its hobby events and an
introduction to the instructor(s).
Experience
A specific hobby event, such as a woodworking
workshop, judo training session, or photography class.
Hobby event
Any service or experience offered by a hobby business
that enables people to engage in hobbies.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy and
Cookies Statement (collectively, the “Terms of Use”), set out the terms on
which Hobbybooker Ltd. (a company incorporated in XYZ, together with certain
affiliates and subsidiaries, “Hobbybooker.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides
services (the “Services”) through the Hobbybooker.com booking platform (the
“Platform”), made available via our website Hobbybooker.com, and through
associated domains, white-label partners, affiliate websites, mobile properties,
and related applications (together, the “Website”).
When we refer to “you,” we mean any person who
accesses or uses the Services. Hobbybooker.com is not a hobby business and is
not a provider of hobby experiences. When you make a booking, you use the
Platform to contract directly with third-party hobbystores.
1.2 These Terms of Use govern your relationship with
us in connection with your use of the Services, including any bookings you make
for an activity or experience (referred to herein as an “Experience”) listed on
the Website and offered by a third-party hobbystore (each, a “Hobbystore”).
1.3 By using or accessing the Services, booking a
hobby event (“Book” or “Booking”), and/or creating an
account on the Website (a “Hobbybooker.com Account”), you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use without modification and represent that you have
read and understood them. In all Booking arrangements, the person making the
Booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use on behalf of all
persons included in the Booking.
1.4 We may update or modify these Terms of Use at any
time. By continuing to access or use the Services after such updates, you
signify your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. The “Last
Updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the latest revisions
were posted. Updates take effect upon posting. It is your responsibility to
periodically review the Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may
contact us to close your Hobbybooker.com Account and discontinue use of the
Services. See Section 22 for termination details.
1.5 The Website may contain translations powered by
Google. Google disclaims all warranties related to these translations, express
or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. Use of the Services
2.1 As a condition of using the Services, you
represent and warrant that:
(i) All information you provide is true, accurate,
current, and complete;
(ii) You are at least 14 years of age. Hobbybooker.com
does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 14.
2.2
You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, including
making legitimate Bookings. You agree not to make speculative, false, or
fraudulent Bookings.
2.3
You further represent and warrant that:
(a) You are not currently suspended or banned from
using the Services;
(b) You are not acting on behalf of a competitor of Hobbybooker.com;
(c) You will not create more than one Hobbybooker.com Account; and
(d) You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and doing so does
not breach any other contract to which you are a party.
2.4
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to the Services to
any user at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to,
violations of these Terms.
2.5
While using the Website, you may be exposed to content that is offensive,
indecent, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. Hobbybooker.com does not
endorse such content and cannot guarantee its accuracy. You use the Website at
your own risk.
3. Hobbybooker.com Accounts
3.1
To access certain features of the Website or to make a Booking, you may be
required to create a Hobbybooker.com Account and provide personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials (“Hobbybooker.com Account Credentials”) and for all
activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of
any unauthorized access or use.
3.2
Your Hobbybooker.com Account is for your personal use only. You may not
impersonate any person (e.g., adopt the identity of a celebrity), create an
account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address or personal
details that are not your own, or maintain multiple Hobbybooker.com Accounts.
3.3
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services or
your Hobbybooker.com Account, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, with
or without cause or notice. For example, your account may be terminated if you
misuse the Website. Such actions may prevent you from accessing your account,
any content you have posted (“User Content,” as defined in Section
6.1), Website content (“Website Content,” as defined in Section 4.1),
or other related data.
3.4
You may terminate your Hobbybooker.com Account at any time by contacting us to
request account closure and discontinuing your use of all Services.
3.5
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have certain mandatory consumer
rights. If you reside elsewhere, you may also have statutory rights under your
jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your non-waivable consumer
rights.
3.6
As a user of the Services, you understand and agree that, to the extent
permitted by applicable law:
1.Neither Hobbybooker.com nor its affiliates will be
liable to you or any third party for unauthorized Bookings made using your
account or credentials; and
2. Unauthorized use of your account or credentials may
result in your liability to Hobbybooker.com and other users.
4. Website Prohibited Activities
4.1 All content and information on the Website —
including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photos, videos, audio, icons,
software (including “Software” as defined in Section 8.2), maps, and
other media — along with the infrastructure used to provide such content
(collectively, “Website Content”) — is proprietary to
Hobbybooker.com. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display,
perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer,
or re-sell any Website Content, services, or products obtained through the
Website without prior written consent.
4.2Additionally, you agree that you will not, and will
not assist or enable others to:
a. Use the Website or its content for any commercial or unlawful purpose;
b. Access, monitor, or copy Website Content using any robot, spider, scraper,
or other automated method — or any manual process — without our express written
permission;
c. Violate the robot exclusion headers or bypass any security or access
restriction measures;
d. Take any action that imposes, or may impose (in our sole discretion, or
reasonable discretion for UK/EU consumers), an unreasonable or
disproportionately high load on our infrastructure or causes excessive traffic
demands;
e. Deep-link to any portion of the Website for any
purpose without our prior written permission;
f. “Frame,” “mirror,” or otherwise incorporate any part of the Website into
another site without our authorization;
g. Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or
reverse-engineer any Software.
4.2 (continued — Prohibited Activities)
You further agree that you will not, and will not assist or enable others to:
h. Use the Website to threaten, stalk, defraud,
incite, harass, or advocate the harassment of another person, or otherwise
interfere with another user’s use of the Website;
i. Submit or transmit spam, chain letters, contests,
junk email, pyramid schemes, surveys, or other mass messaging, whether
commercial in nature or not;
j. Use the Website in a manner that may create a
conflict of interest, such as trading reviews or soliciting misleading reviews;
k. Promote bigotry or discrimination against protected
classes;
l. Violate any third-party rights, including but not
limited to intellectual property rights, moral rights, privacy rights, and
rights of publicity;
m. Submit or transmit pornography or illegal content;
n. Solicit personal information from minors, or
threaten or cause harm to any person, including minors;
o. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website,
user accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Website through hacking,
password mining, or other means;
p. Transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted
files, or other items of a destructive nature (“Viruses”);
q. Use any software, device, or process to interfere
with the proper operation of the Website;
r. Violate the security of any computer network, crack
passwords, or breach encryption codes;
s. Disrupt or interfere with the Website’s security or
functionality;
t. Remove, disable, or tamper with security features
or rights management tools, or otherwise circumvent restrictions on copying or
usage;
u. Use, or enable others to use, automated systems
(e.g., bots, spiders, AI tools) to access, extract, download, or index any
Website Content or Services, unless explicitly authorized by Hobbybooker.com in
writing.
5. Electronic Communications
5.1
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by contacting
support@hobbybooker.com. However, we may still send non-marketing
communications, such as Booking confirmations or service notices.
5.2
As part of our Services, we may share your information with trusted third
parties to provide personalized offers, recommendations, and updates that align
with your preferences. This may include newsletters, marketing emails, and
content personalization based on your interactions with Hobbybooker.com and
affiliated services.

6. Content
6.1
You and other users may contribute to the Website in various ways, including by
submitting reviews, posts, photos, videos, suggestions, ratings, and profile
content (“User Content”). Hobbybooker.com may use User Content in multiple
ways, including (but not limited to):
•Displaying it on the Website
•Reformatting or translating it
•Editing for clarity or grammar
•Incorporating it into promotional or commercial
materials
•Creating derivative works
•Distributing it or licensing it for display across
third-party platforms or media
6.2
By submitting User Content, you grant Hobbybooker.com and its affiliates a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, transferable,
irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable license to:
(a) Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate,
distribute, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, and
perform such User Content across any media now known or developed in the
future, for any purpose; and
(b) Use the name you submit in connection with your
User Content.
You acknowledge that Hobbybooker.com may, at its sole
discretion (or reasonable discretion if you are a UK or EU consumer), choose to
provide attribution for your content.
You also grant Hobbybooker.com the right to pursue
legal remedies against anyone who violates your or Hobbybooker.com’s rights in
the User Content through a breach of these Terms.
You confirm that your User Content is non-confidential
and non-proprietary. If you retain any moral rights (such as rights of
attribution or integrity), you declare that:
(a) You do not require personal identification to be
used with your User Content;
(b) You do not object to its publication, use,
modification, deletion, or exploitation by Hobbybooker.com or its licensees,
successors, or assigns;
(c) You waive and agree not to assert any moral rights
in the User Content; and
(d) You release Hobbybooker.com and its licensees,
successors, and assigns from any related claims.
6.3
Hobbybooker.com and its affiliates may display advertisements or other content
alongside or within your User Content on the Website. You are not entitled to
any compensation for this. The form and placement of advertising are subject to
change without notice.
6.4
The Website may include forums, review sections, bulletin boards, comment
threads, or blog areas (“Interactive Areas”) where users can post
User Content. You use these Interactive Areas at your own risk and are solely
responsible for any content you post.
Hobbybooker.com reserves the right to remove or
restrict any User Content at any time without notice if, in good faith, we
believe it violates these Terms or may be necessary to protect the rights of
Hobbybooker.com or other users. If you disagree with the removal of your
content, you may appeal through our internal complaint-handling process.
By posting in Interactive Areas, you agree not to
publish, store, or distribute any User Content that includes:
a. Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, lewd,
suggestive, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable
material;
b. Content that incites or explains criminal acts or
violates local, state, national, or international laws — including U.S. SEC
rules and stock exchange regulations (e.g., NYSE, NASDAQ);
c. Infringing material such as copyrighted works,
trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or proprietary information belonging to
others;
d. Impersonation of any person or misrepresentation of
your affiliation with any person or entity, including Hobbybooker.com;
e. Unauthorized promotions, political messages,
advertisements, contests, or solicitations;
f. Personal or identifying information of third
parties (e.g., surnames, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, or
credit card details);
g. Viruses, malware, corrupted files, or any other
harmful or disruptive files.
6.4 (continued)
h. Content that is unrelated to the topic or purpose
of the Interactive Area(s) in which it is posted;
i. Content or links to content that, in the sole
judgment of Hobbybooker.com (or, if you are a UK or EU consumer, in our
reasonable judgment):
(a) Violates any of the above provisions;
(b) Is otherwise objectionable;
(c) Restricts or inhibits another user’s enjoyment of the Website or
Interactive Areas; or
(d) May expose Hobbybooker.com, its affiliates, or users to harm or liability.
6.5
You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. This includes
responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, and the consequences of any
personal information you disclose within it. You confirm that you either own or
have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of all content you
post. You may not imply that your User Content is sponsored or endorsed by
Hobbybooker.com.
6.6
To the extent permitted by law, Hobbybooker.com assumes no responsibility or
liability for User Content posted or uploaded by any user or third party. This
includes content that may be false, defamatory, libelous, offensive, or
otherwise inappropriate.
6.7
Hobbybooker.com is not obligated to screen, edit, or monitor User Content
(including hobbystore content), but reserves the right — and absolute
discretion (or reasonable discretion for UK/EU consumers) — to remove,
translate, edit, or restrict User Content without notice. This may be done by
Hobbybooker.com or a third-party on its behalf.
You are solely responsible for backing up and storing
your own User Content. Hobbybooker.com is under no obligation to store,
archive, or provide copies, and makes no guarantees of confidentiality.
6.8 Any misuse of the Interactive Areas — including
violation of the terms outlined above — may result in suspension or termination
of your access. Additionally, if you repeatedly submit unfounded notices or
complaints, Hobbybooker.com may suspend processing of your submissions.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
7.1
The Website may contain links to websites operated by parties other than
Hobbybooker.com (“Third Party Sites”). These are provided for your convenience
and do not imply any endorsement of the content or services offered by such
sites.
7.2
We do not control or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, policies,
or practices of Third Party Sites, including their privacy policies.
7.3
It is your responsibility to ensure that any software or content downloaded
from either the Website or Third Party Sites is free from viruses or other
harmful code.
7.4
If prompted, you may choose to link your Hobbybooker.com profile to an account
on a Third Party Site. This is entirely optional. If you later wish to
disconnect these profiles, you must contact the Third Party Site directly.
8. Software on the Website
8.1
Software provided through the Website is subject to U.S. export control laws.
You may not download, export, or re-export any such software:
(a) Into, or to a national or resident of, any country
subject to a U.S. embargo (including Cuba, Iraq, Sudan, North Korea, Iran, and
Syria); or
(b) To anyone listed on the U.S. Treasury Department’s
list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied
Persons List.
By using the Website, you confirm that you are not
located in or under the control of any such country or listed entity.
8.2
Any software (including but not limited to HTML, XML, Java code, and ActiveX
controls) made available via the Website (“Software”) is owned by
Hobbybooker.com, its affiliates, or third parties as specified. Use of such
Software is governed by its respective End User License Agreement (“License
Agreement”). You may not install or use Software that includes or is
accompanied by a License Agreement unless you accept its terms. If no License
Agreement is provided, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal
license to use the Software for lawful use of the Website only, in accordance
with these Terms.
8.3
You acknowledge that all Software on the Website is protected by copyright law
and international treaty provisions. Reproduction or redistribution of the
Software is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal
liability. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.4
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCING THE SOFTWARE TO ANY
OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER DISTRIBUTION OR REPRODUCTION IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED. ANY WARRANTIES FOR SOFTWARE, IF APPLICABLE, ARE PROVIDED ONLY UNDER
THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.
9. Copyright and Trademark Notices
Except for content clearly identified as Third-Party
Content, the entire Website — including visual design, interactive features,
custom graphics, layout, computer code, software, product compilations, and
other components — is owned by Hobbybooker.com xyz. All rights are reserved.
Hobbybooker.com is not responsible for content found
on third-party websites.
All other product or service names, slogans, or logos
displayed on the Website — including those posted by hobbystores — are
trademarks or registered trademarks of Hobbybooker.com Inc., its licensors, or
the respective Hobbystores. These may not be copied, imitated, or used in whole
or in part without prior written consent from Hobbybooker.com or the applicable
rights holder.
Additionally, the design elements of the Website
(e.g., page headers, buttons, icons, scripts) are service marks, trademarks, or
trade dress of Hobbybooker.com. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Any mention of third-party brands, products, or
companies on the Website does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship,
or affiliation.
10. Hobbystores and Booking Reservations
10.1
Hobbybooker.com operates the Platform through which
you can enter into a contract with a third-party provider of hobby experiences
(“Hobbystore”). Hobbybooker.com itself is not a Hobbystore.
10. Hobbystores and Booking Reservations (continued)
10.1
Hobbybooker.com provides the Platform through which
you can enter into a contract with a third-party provider of a hobby event
(“Hobbystore”). Hobbybooker.com is not the provider of any hobby event. Your
contract for the supply of a hobby event is directly between you and the
applicable Hobbystore.
10.2
Hobbystores may be either businesses or individual
consumers. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, and the Hobbystore
you contract with is also a consumer, please be aware that you may not be able
to enforce consumer protection rights against that Hobbystore.
10.3
For each Booking, Hobbybooker.com acts as a disclosed
agent on behalf of the Hobbystore. The listing of an experience on the Platform
constitutes an invitation to treat — meaning you are making an offer to the
Hobbystore, which may be accepted or rejected. These Terms of Use govern your
use of the Platform, including the process of submitting that offer.
The actual provision of the hobby event is governed
by:
• The information displayed on the Website for the
specific event;
• Any additional information provided during the
Booking process;
• And the Hobbystore’s own terms and conditions.
If any information is unclear or essential to your
decision (e.g., whether pets or service animals are allowed), it is your
responsibility to contact us prior to Booking. Once your Booking is made, the
cancellation policy of the relevant Hobbystore applies.
10.4
By making a Booking, you agree to review and comply with the applicable
Hobbystore’s terms and conditions (“Hobbystore Terms”). If any part of the
Hobbystore Terms conflicts with these Terms of Use — in relation to your legal
relationship with Hobbybooker.com — these Terms of Use shall prevail.
You acknowledge that all interactions with Hobbystores
are at your own risk. Hobbybooker.com is not liable for any acts, omissions,
negligence, representations, warranties, or misconduct of any Hobbystore, nor
for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your dealings with them.
10.5
Hobbybooker.com is not a hobby business and does not own, operate, or provide
any Experiences. While we publish information about Products and facilitate the
Booking process, this does not imply endorsement, approval, or affiliation with
any Hobbystore. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of individual users
and not Hobbybooker.com.
You agree that Hobbybooker.com is not responsible for
the accuracy or completeness of information obtained from Hobbystores or shown
on the Website.
10.6
By making a Booking, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding
contracts, both with Hobbybooker.com and with the applicable Hobbystore;
• All information you provide is truthful and
accurate;
• You will make only legitimate Bookings for yourself
or those you are legally authorized to represent.
11. Pricing
11.1
Unless otherwise specified, all prices for hobby events are listed on a
per-person basis.
11.2
Prices are based on the local currency at the time of quoting. Where
conversions are shown, they are calculated using the prevailing foreign
exchange rate determined by Hobbybooker.com. See Section 12 for details on
currency conversions.
11. Pricing (continued)
11.3
All price quotations are subject to change without notice until a Booking has
been confirmed.
11.4
Included services are determined by the Hobbystore. Prices do not include
optional extras such as insurance, personal items, taxes or duties, or food and
beverages unless explicitly stated as included by the Hobbystore.
12. Currency Conversions
12.1
If Hobbybooker.com provides a currency conversion tool, it is for guidance
purposes only. Currency rates are based on public sources and are not verified.
Actual rates may vary. Currency quotes may not be updated daily.
Hobbybooker.com and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy of currency
data and are not liable for price variations due to exchange rate fluctuations.
13. Payments
13.1
When you book a hobby event that is not free, Hobbybooker.com — via its payment
provider Stripe — will collect and process your payment. In doing so,
Hobbybooker.com acts as the authorized payment collection agent for the
Hobbystore, meaning payment is collected on their behalf.
Full payment by credit or debit card is required at
the time of Booking, unless otherwise indicated. On your statement, the charge
may appear under “Hobbybooker.com” or “Stripe.”
13.2
Your Booking may be subject to applicable taxes, foreign transaction fees, or
currency exchange costs. Your card provider may convert the charge into your
local currency and apply additional fees. Hobbybooker.com recommends consulting
your card issuer or bank if you have questions about currency conversion or
foreign transaction fees.
________________________________________
14. Payment Processing
14.1
Payment services for Bookings are provided by Hobbybooker.com xyz or through
Stripe (www.stripe.com). The registered office address of Hobbybooker.com Ltd
is xyz.
14.2
For clarity, nothing in these Terms creates a contractual relationship between
you and either Hobbybooker.com Ltd or Stripe.
15. Modifications or Cancellations by You
15.1
Once purchased, your Booking cannot be changed or canceled for a refund unless
expressly allowed by the terms and conditions of the specific hobby event.
If you request to change any aspect of your Booking
(e.g., time, location), it is at the sole discretion of the Hobbystore whether
to accept such a request.
You are responsible for being at the meeting point at
the time and date specified in your Booking. For certain events, final meeting
details may be sent after Booking via Hobbybooker.com’s messaging system. You
must check these messages and arrive accordingly.
Failure to appear at the correct place and time may
result in your Booking being classified as a “no-show,” meaning:
• You will not be eligible for a refund; and
• The Hobbystore is not required to reschedule or
rebook your event.
15. Modifications or Cancellations by You (continued)
15.2
The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a change to, or cancel,
a Booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Experience.
If the Experience does not have a specific start time,
the cancellation deadline will generally be 11:59 p.m., two days before the
start date, in the local time zone where the Experience is scheduled.
Cancellations must be made through your
Hobbybooker.com dashboard. To cancel, go to your Booking, select the specific
event, and follow the cancellation instructions provided.
15.3
If a hobby event is marked as “All Sales Final” (or with materially similar
wording), it is non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once booked.
Some Hobbystores may have their own cancellation terms
that differ from this policy. Always review the Hobbystore’s cancellation
policy at the time of Booking, as it will apply to your transaction and govern
any eligibility for refunds.
15.4
Notwithstanding Sections 15.2 and 15.3:
(a) All requests for changes, including rescheduling
(“Change Requests”), must be submitted via the ‘My Booking’ section in your
dashboard; and
(b) Hobbybooker.com will not charge a fee for
processing eligible reschedules. However, the Hobbystore may charge a fee to
accommodate your Change Request. If so, you will be required to pay that fee in
order for your request to be processed.
15.5
All Change Requests are subject to the availability and approval of the
relevant Hobbystore. Hobbybooker.com cannot guarantee the success of any
rescheduling or modification request unless we confirm acceptance from the
Hobbystore. If the Hobbystore declines your Change Request, the original
cancellation terms of the Booking will apply. It is your responsibility to
cancel before any relevant deadline in order to obtain a refund, if applicable.
15.6
If you used a promotion code or accepted a discount during checkout, any Change
Request submitted afterward may invalidate the promotional price or discount
applied to your Booking.
15.7
No refunds are available once an Experience has started, or for any component
of a hobby event (such as packages, meals, accommodations, or services) that
has already been used.
16. Other Modifications and Cancellations
16.1A Hobbystore may occasionally modify a hobby event
after your Booking, including but not limited to changes in the date, price,
coverage, inclusions, age requirements, or other features. Hobbybooker.com
(acting on the Hobbystore’s behalf) reserves the right to cancel, change, or
substitute any hobby event at any time and for any reason.
If the change is material (e.g., a major change to
date or itinerary), and you are not satisfied with the alternative offered, you
are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
16.2 Hobbybooker.com may determine, at its sole
discretion, that it is necessary or advisable to cancel a Booking or override
the standard cancellation policy — whether to protect our interests, those of
the Hobbystore, or yours.
We may also, at our discretion, issue a full or
partial refund. You agree that neither Hobbybooker.com nor the Hobbystore shall
be held liable for any such cancellations or related refunds.
17. Passports, Visas & Insurance
17.1 When you make a Booking, you are solely
responsible for ensuring that you meet all relevant foreign entry requirements
and that your travel documentation, including valid passports and visas, is in
order.
17.2 You should consult the appropriate embassy or
consulate for the latest passport and visa requirements. These requirements may
change at any time, and it is your responsibility to verify them before making
a Booking and before you travel. Hobbybooker.com accepts no liability for
individuals who are denied entry into any country or onto any flight, including
in-transit refusals.
17.3 As visa and health requirements can change
without notice, we strongly recommend checking current regulations with your
consulate before departure. Additionally, you should consult with your
physician regarding immunizations and ensure compliance with all health-related
travel requirements.
17.4 Hobbybooker.com highly recommends that you
purchase comprehensive travel insurance before attending any hobby event.
Insurance may help cover cancellation fees or other costs if your plans change
unexpectedly. Please read your insurance policy carefully for coverage details.
17.5 While most international travel is completed
without issue, certain destinations may carry increased risk. We encourage
users to review relevant travel advisories and warnings issued by the European
Union, United States, or the destination’s own government before finalizing
travel plans.
17.6 HOBBYBOOKER.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR
WARRANTIES THAT TRAVEL TO ANY DESTINATION IS SAFE OR RISK-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ANY
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.
