    Do I need an account to book a hobby event?

    Yes. To book a hobby event, you’ll need to create a free Hobbybooker account. This helps us send you booking confirmations, manage your reservations, and store your preferences for future bookings.

    What if I’m not satisfied with the hobby event I attended?

    Hobbybooker is a platform that connects you with independent hobby instructors, clubs, and event organizers. While we carefully monitor platform quality, each hobby business is responsible for delivering their own events.

    As such, Hobbybooker cannot issue refunds based solely on personal dissatisfaction, unless the event was canceled or did not take place as promised.

    However, we encourage you to leave a review of your experience on Hobbybooker. Your feedback helps other users make informed choices and motivates providers to improve.

    If you experienced a serious issue (e.g. false advertising, safety concerns), please contact us so we can investigate and, if necessary, take action.

     

    Can I cancel or reschedule my booked hobby event or excursion?

    In case of a paid booking: You can cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours before your paid hobby event or excursion takes places without losing the paid amount. If you cancel your hobby event after the said 24 hours you will not be reimbursed. 

    How do I pay for an hobby event?

    Many hobby events can be paid online through secure payment methods supported by Hobbybooker, including credit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, and more. Some events also allow you to pay upon arrival—this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

    In case of an discovery call: You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time. Log in to your dashboard and select the bookings you want to cancel or reschedule, in there you will find the reschedule calendar and cancel button.

    How do I find events near me?

    Use the search bar on the homepage or navigate by category. You can filter by location, date, activity type, or experience level. Our goal is to make finding quality local hobby experiences fast and enjoyable

    What if the event is canceled by the organizer?

    If a hobby business cancels an event, you’ll receive an automatic email notification and a full refund (if it was a paid event). You can then choose to rebook for another date or try a different event.
